Shipping policy

We try our best to have all orders shipped within one business day from the date your order is placed. Once your order is filled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS, FedEx or UPS tracking number for your order.

For any order inquiries or cancellation requests, please contact us at ask@loothive.com (Loot Hive is our parent brand), and specify that you are reaching out regarding our Creepy Shop store. Please provide your order number if possible as well. Note that we may not be able to cancel orders that have already been filled and shipped.
